GET READY TO ASSEMBLE FOR SENTOSA SANDSATION: MARVEL EDITION

It is safe to say that we are all still reeling in from the aftermath of Avengers: Infinity War, but for now, let us set those #feels aside and set our eyes on the fun – the State of Fun, to be precise. Polish the shields and shine the armour, because your favourite heroes are taking over Siloso Beach in Singapore for Sentosa Sandsation: MARVEL Edition in the form of 15 larger-than-life sand sculptures. That’s right – FIFTEEN.

Swopping in come September, Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Hulk and even the Guardians of the Galaxy, just to name a few, will arise from the sands of the iconic beach under masterful hands of internationally-acclaimed sand sculptor Jooheng Tan and his team. This is sand art like you’ve never seen before.

And, that is hardly all of it. When you’re done taking in the splendor of the colossal sand sculptures – and reaching full capacity with your camera roll in the process, let’s be honest – head on over to Hulk Smash, where you can watch the ground tremor and break apart under the sheer intensity of your smash, or the Freeze Frame Station, a 180-degree photobooth that lets you show off your sweet moves alongside Earth’s mightiest heroes. There is also the Hero Action Centre, where you will find out which Super Hero you are most similar to.

Finally, and this goes out to the hardcore comic book fans, stand a chance to be among the few to take home a super limited edition customised Singapore-themed MARVEL comic book, created by MARVEL’s own team of creatives and artists. You won’t find a MARVEL comic book like this anywhere else.
